กรณีเริ่มต้นการเขียนเนื้อหาจดหมาย
แบบเป็นทางการ (Formal)

- Further to your last e-mail…(อ้างถึง e-mail ล่าสุดของคุณ, ...)

แบบไม่เป็นทางการ (Informal)
